These Terms and Conditions govern participation in Mnemosyne Alerts, a private operational notification service provided by HolyHell (“HolyHell,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By enrolling in Mnemosyne Alerts, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the
Mnemosyne Alerts Privacy Policy.
1. Program DescriptionMnemosyne Alerts provides non-marketing operational notifications to a small, closed group of authorized recipients.
Messages may include:
- Compliance and inspection notifications.
- Urgent Code Red alerts.
- Follow-up messages when an alert remains unacknowledged.
- Scheduled reminders.
- System-status and service-availability notices.
- Enrollment, acknowledgment, support, and opt-out confirmations.
Mnemosyne Alerts is not a public mailing list, advertising service, or mass-marketing program.
2. EligibilityParticipation is limited to the account owner and specifically designated family or grow-operations contacts.
Each recipient must enroll individually. Consent provided by one person does not authorize messages to another person or telephone number.
3. SMS Enrollment and ConsentBefore enrolling, prospective recipients are provided access to these Terms and the Mnemosyne Alerts Privacy Policy.
To enroll, an authorized recipient texts
START to
+1 (580) 706-7060.
By texting START, the recipient:
- Requests enrollment in Mnemosyne Alerts.
- Consents to receive recurring automated operational text messages from Mnemosyne Alerts.
- Confirms that they control or are authorized to use the mobile number from which START was sent.
- Acknowledges that message frequency varies.
- Acknowledges that message and data rates may apply.
- Understands that consent may be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP.
Consent to receive Mnemosyne Alerts is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
4. Message FrequencyMessage frequency varies according to configured reminders, system events, and operational alerts.
An urgent or unacknowledged alert may produce multiple follow-up messages until it is acknowledged, the escalation process ends, or the recipient opts out.
5. Message and Data ChargesHolyHell does not charge recipients a separate fee for participating in Mnemosyne Alerts.
Standard message, data, airtime, or other charges imposed by a recipient’s mobile carrier may apply. Recipients are responsible for any carrier charges associated with texts or calls.
6. Opting OutReply
STOP at any time to unsubscribe from Mnemosyne Alerts.
After a valid STOP request, Mnemosyne Alerts may send one final confirmation that the opt-out request has been processed. No additional campaign messages will be sent unless the recipient later provides new consent by texting START again.
Other standard opt-out keywords supported by the messaging carrier or service provider may also be honored.
7. Getting HelpReply
HELP for messaging assistance.

Automated voice calls are enabled only for recipients who have separately agreed to receive that fallback notification method. Consent to receive SMS messages does not automatically authorize automated voice calls.
Recipients may contact us to enable or disable voice-call fallback without changing their SMS enrollment.
9. Delivery and AvailabilityMessage and call delivery may be delayed, filtered, interrupted, or unsuccessful because of carrier systems, internet or telephone outages, device settings, software failures, incorrect contact information, or circumstances outside our control.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
HolyHell does not guarantee that every alert will be delivered within a particular period or successfully acknowledged.
10. Not an Emergency ServiceMnemosyne Alerts is an operational notification system. It is not an emergency-response service and is not a substitute for calling 911, contacting emergency services, following official regulatory procedures, or maintaining required independent monitoring and compliance processes.
Recipients should not rely on Mnemosyne Alerts as their only method of responding to an immediate threat to life, safety, property, or legal compliance.
11. Recipient ResponsibilitiesRecipients agree to:
- Provide and maintain an accurate mobile number.
- Protect access to their mobile device.
- Notify HolyHell if their number changes, is reassigned, or is no longer under their control.
- Avoid enrolling another person’s number without that person’s direct consent.
- Use START, STOP, HELP, and acknowledgment features only for their intended purposes.
12. PrivacyInformation associated with Mnemosyne Alerts is handled according to the
Mnemosyne Alerts Privacy Policy.
Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
13. Changes to the Program or TermsHolyHell may update Mnemosyne Alerts or these Terms to reflect operational, legal, carrier, or technical changes.
The revised Terms will be posted at this URL with an updated “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects the subject matter or scope of the messages recipients have agreed to receive, additional or renewed consent may be requested.
14. Suspension or TerminationHolyHell may suspend or terminate Mnemosyne Alerts, or a recipient’s access to it, when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, abuse prevention, technical maintenance, or discontinuation of the service.
