Mnemosyne Alerts Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 31, 2026
Last updated: July 31, 2026

Mnemosyne Alerts is a private operational notification service provided by HolyHell (“HolyHell,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how Mnemosyne Alerts collects, uses, protects, and retains information associated with its text-message and automated voice-alert services.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Mnemosyne Alerts, including operational alerts, compliance and inspection notifications, follow-up messages, reminders, system-status notices, acknowledgment records, and related automated voice calls.

Mnemosyne Alerts is offered only to the account owner and a small group of specifically designated family or grow-operations contacts. It is not a public mailing list or marketing program.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect and process:

  • A recipient’s name, role, and mobile telephone number.
  • SMS enrollment and consent records, including the date, time, and method of opt-in.
  • Messages sent to the service, including START, STOP, HELP, and acknowledgment responses.
  • Message and call delivery information, such as timestamps, delivery status, failure status, and acknowledgment status.
  • Alert configuration information necessary to determine which authorized recipients should receive a particular notification.
  • Communications sent to us for support or privacy requests.
  • Limited technical information generated when someone visits the Mnemosyne Alerts website, such as standard server logs.

3. How We Use Information

We use this information only to:

  • Enroll recipients who have expressly requested Mnemosyne Alerts.
  • Send operational alerts, compliance and inspection notifications, reminders, follow-up messages, and system-status notices.
  • Repeat urgent alerts until they are acknowledged or the applicable escalation process ends.
  • Place an automated fallback voice call when an authorized recipient has agreed to receive such calls and an urgent alert remains unacknowledged.
  • Process START, STOP, HELP, acknowledgment, and support requests.
  • Maintain evidence of consent, delivery, opt-out, and acknowledgment.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
  • Meet applicable legal, regulatory, carrier, and telecommunications requirements.
Mnemosyne Alerts does not use recipient information for advertising or unrelated marketing.

4. SMS Consent and Communications

Recipients enroll individually by texting START to the Mnemosyne Alerts telephone number after receiving information about the program.

By opting in, a recipient agrees to receive recurring automated operational text messages from Mnemosyne Alerts. Message frequency varies depending on configured reminders, system events, and urgent alerts. Multiple follow-up messages may be sent when an urgent alert remains unacknowledged. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Recipients may:

  • Text STOP at any time to unsubscribe.
  • Text HELP for assistance.
  • Contact us to request changes to their alert or voice-call preferences.
After a valid STOP request, no further campaign messages will be sent unless the recipient later provides new consent by texting START again.

Additional messaging terms are available at https://holyhell.io/mnemosyne-alerts/terms.

5. Automated Voice Calls

For urgent alerts, Mnemosyne Alerts may place an automated voice call after text-message attempts remain unacknowledged. Voice calls are made only to authorized recipients who have agreed to receive this fallback notification method.

A recipient may contact us to disable automated voice calls without enrolling in additional services.

6. Mobile Information and Data Sharing

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records will not be sold, rented, transferred, or disclosed to third parties, affiliates, lead generators, or advertisers for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may use communications and infrastructure providers, including Twilio, strictly as service providers to transmit and administer messages and calls. These providers may process information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and not for their own marketing.

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, or safety of Mnemosyne Alerts, its recipients, or others.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Operate the alert service.
  • Maintain proof of consent and opt-out requests.
  • Document message delivery and acknowledgment.
  • Resolve technical or support issues.
  • Meet legal, regulatory, carrier, and recordkeeping obligations.
Opt-out and consent records may be retained after active participation ends when necessary to demonstrate compliance and prevent unwanted messages.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.

No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Your Choices and Requests

An authorized recipient may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting us. Certain records may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or documentation of consent and opt-out requests.

To stop text messages, reply STOP. For messaging assistance, reply HELP.

10. Children’s Privacy

Mnemosyne Alerts is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the service, applicable requirements, or our data-handling practices. The revised policy will be posted at this URL with an updated “Last updated” date.

Material changes affecting the SMS program or recipients’ choices will be communicated when required.
